La Perla is a beautiful restaurant on top of one of the oldest hotels in downtown El Paso, TX, The Plaza Hotel. It is a beautiful location with a balcony overlooking the city and makes the perfect setting for your special evening. This setting is made only better by the exquisite dining and drinks, and as a professional food photographer my goal was to capture this dish in a manner that conveyed both the elegance and quality of this restaurant.
